At Zoolala, we take great care in delivering premium-quality, pure cotton clothing for your little ones. Every item is thoroughly checked before dispatch. To maintain hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues.
We kindly request all customers to refer to our size chart carefully before placing an order.
Returns (Only for Damaged Items)
We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective products. To be eligible for a return:
The damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
A full unboxing video (from opening the sealed package) is mandatory as proof
The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return for a damaged product:
Email us at zoolala819@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach the unboxing video clearly showing the damage, include your order number and contact details. Our team will review the video and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refund or Replacement
If your return request is approved:
You will receive a replacement or a refund to your original payment method (based on product availability)
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days
No Returns or Refunds Will Be Accepted For:
Orders with incorrect sizing selected by the customer
Minor color variations due to screen resolution
Items reported without an unboxing video
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
